It’s magic to think of how
Our lives come from the stars —
The Seed of life is born in
Burned out stars (Supernova)
Who spread their dust around.
Life flickers
Like a firefly.
Life connects
and attaches to different particles
like drops of rain
envelope the dry flowers of a dandelion
blowing freely in the wind.
To surprise us
Life develops consciousness,
a consciousness with no boundaries,
with Universal connection,
and global consciousness.
We are nothing but stardust —
All of us in one,
One in all of us.
Carbon, Oxygen, Nitrogen.
These are the basic elements
that come from these burned-out stars.
They are the soil in which the seed of life grows.
In our sense of time,
When a star starts to explode,
It takes a long time
For all of its particles to blow out.
Space time runs a different way.
Science and mathematics help
us to peer into this strange way of time.
Long ago, Indian Rishi’s learned mathematics
to find out what’s going on
inside and outside of the Stars.
Meditation was their tool as well.
Mathematics still holds
that royal wand,
Like a King
Pointing the way towards a truer path.
Our brain, a replica of this Universe,
has the power to remember,
has the tools to repair,
has the power to heal
if we but recognize our abilities.
To heal ourselves,
both the inner and outer,
we have only to remember our connection
globally and universally
with Consciousness.
